I teach mindfulness or attention training in companies and for individuals.
When we practice mindfulness or meditation regularly we will sooner or later experience new and perhaps strange things. We will also lose motivation and direction. Then it is important to have someone to talk to who has more experience than ourselves.
If you teach mindfulness, it is also important to be in dialogue with experienced trainees to ensure the quality of the teaching and strengthen your own practice.
I have meditated since 1989, am certified as a mindfulness instructor through the International Mindfulness Teacher Association (IMTA) and as a supervisor through the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).
I would like to talk to you as an individual or as a group with colleagues or friends.
