At Oslo Buddhist Centre, you learn several meditation techniques to integrate all parts of yourself, cultivate loving kindness, let go of old habits and let new impulses emerge.

One must not call oneself Buddhist in order to take part in activities at the Buddhist centre.

To understand yourself more deeply and integrate all aspects of yourself

When we practice mindfulness or meditation regularly we will sooner or later experience new and perhaps strange things. We will also lose motivation and direction. Then it is important to have someone to talk to who has more experience than ourselves.

If you teach mindfulness, it is also important to be in dialogue with experienced trainees to ensure the quality of the teaching and strengthen your own practice.
